How to pay my bill?
Pay by Direct Debit
If your payment method is by direct debit, we will automatically collect your payment around 2 weeks after your invoice date. This can be found at the bottom of the first page on your invoice.
Pay by Cheque
If you wish to pay for your invoice by cheque, please quote your customer reference on the back and send this to:

Please note that we do not accept post-dated cheques.
Pay Via My Account
To make payment through your My Account, go to “My Bill” and then “Payment” as seen below
From here you can either change your payment method to Direct Debit or make a card payment as seen below:
Pay over the phone
Alternatively you can contact our Accounts department on 0845 458 6310 and pay by debit or credit card over the phone.
