Delayed Traffic from the Network

Please be aware that, due to reasons beyond our control, your call data traffic we receive from the network is delayed by 48 hours. As a result of this your overall charges may exceed the set limit. These charges are still liable to be paid for under Daisy’s terms & conditions.

To prevent further usage charges, please call us on 03333 202 000 to discuss adding a top-up bolt on for the remainder of the month. If 100% of your allowance is exceeded, out of bundle rates will be charged.
